Dakhla, Morocco

Dakhla is unique. It is located in the far South of Morroco and is completetly isolated from the modern world. However, it's isolation is also the reason why many people don't travel here. It is a very soulful, quiet part of Morroco located on a lagoon. On the far side of the lagoon there are some moutainous sand dunes that protect Dakhla from the Atlantic. It's raw here and your every sense is heightened by your exposure to the basic elements. It's a breath taking spot and if you kitesurf then this is definitely a trip to think about.
