We often combine the kitesurf holidays with wildlife safaris. There are many options to tie these in and we have plenty of offerings to suit every budget. The Scuba diving, snorkelling and game fishing are excellent and are all perfect activities to enjoy if the wind doesn’t blow.

During the windy seasons you will find consistent side shore winds ranging from beaufort 4-6. An outer reef protects this part of the Kenyan coast and creates a huge lagoon that runs for about 500m from the beach. This provides a massive expanse of flat crystal clear water that is predominantly in your depth. Learning here is ideal but if you also want to try your hand at wave sailing then just head out to the reef and you find perfect peeling breaks to play with. On big days the wave will barrel at six feet and above. Diani offers very diverse kitesurfing all from the same beach. |
